Seriously working on your business issues by making abstract art

We organize powerful, productive workshops where participants are challenged to express themselves in abstract art forms while working on issues that they engage or hold back as a team, or as individuals. The results are applicable solutions, often suggested by the participants themselves and translated into an approach. This workshop is suitable for groups, but also for individual participation through open registration.

Workshop Rules:

  1. Never be afraid! During the workshop you work in freedom, you take a gamble, you step across borders, you take space!
  2. Experiment! Do new things, new techniques, shapes, colors. Switch techniques while you work. From acrylic to chalk, to ink, to aerosol. Every layer gives content to your work.
  3. Don't think much! Have no opinion of what you are doing. It's not right, it's not bad, it is what it is. Don't seek appreciation from others.
  4. Examine your work! Look away, walk away, walk around, then on again with a fresh, inquisitive look. Or look at your work through a mirror. Your brain experiences it as if it is the first time you see it. What do you want to change or add?
  5. Don't throw anything away! Every step is worth it. Take pictures of the between stages, or when you switch mediums. Explain what you made!
  6. Present your idea, the feeling, your technique. The why and how.

The TeamTransition Atelier

The studio is like an ideas laboratory. Work in freedom and with challenging exercises.

Over the years, we have compiled a collection of exercises, including building blocks from Neuro Linguistic Programming and Organizational Psychology, including in the studio in Amsterdam, which enables us to offer a tailor-made program. We work result-oriented and do not shy away from philosophical perspectives, anecdotes and metaphors. Personal guidance in performing the creative exercises is paramount.
